The Washington Zoo also known as the National Zoo is one of the oldest zoos in the United States. Always free of charge the zoo is one of the most popular tourist destinations, with more than 2 million visitors all over the world each year. There is truly an endless amount of activities to indulge in during your stay in Washington D.C.
